Tim Chester mentioned in his book, You Can Change, this idea that sin happens when we have momentary unbelief or false beliefs about God and act accordingly. With that idea he also shared four G's about God that we tend to have these momentary false beliefs: God is great, so we need not be in control; God is glorious, so we need not fear others; God is good, so we need not look elsewhere; God is gracious, so we need not prove ourselves. These four confessions can become a catalyst for us as we disciple ourselves and one another. Join us over this 5 weeks as we explore these ideas.
